What is the carrier base of your roll-on perfumes?
Roll-on perfumes have a carrier base of USDA Certified Organic fractionated coconut oil.
How big are your products?
Fragrance sprays have a volume of 2 fluid ounces
Roll-on perfumes have a volume of 10mL

I will edit your order for you so that the ingredient is not present - the fragrance of your product may change slightly, but I will do my best to replace it with something similar or complimentary to the other fragrances.

PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE SHIPPING.
If your order has not shipped yet and you know the address is incorrect, please reach out and I can change the address for you.
If the address you provided is incomplete or incorrect (I will not be allowed to purchase a label to an incorrect address) I will reach out via email for an address update. If I do not hear back after 7 business days your order will be cancelled and refunded minus any transaction fees I have to pay.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, there is nothing I can do to fix an incorrect address. If this happens please note that due to the labor/materials involved I do not offer free replacements, but I can refund your shipping price so that you can re-purchase your order.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
I ship out within 5-7 business days.
My shipping profiles are as follows:
USPS Ground Advantage Shipping (used for all orders under 1lb) - 2 to 5 days delivery
USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping (used for all orders over 1lb) - 1 to 2 days delivery
*Note that delivery times may be delayed due to strains on the postal service. Delivery times apply once your order has shipped, not from time of order.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship to the USA due to USPS’s unstable ship times and their tendency to return international packages to me.
Due to the German Packaging act, orders to Germany have been indefinitely suspended.
Someone told me that I can get a personal discount or reward for a charity donation for your shop. How do I do that?
If you have been told by anyone other than myself that buying from me in someone else’s favor will result in a donation to charity, or that I will provide a personal discount to people who donate to charities, that is false. Please check my pages on Twitter or Instagram (@scentsfromx for both profiles) to see my upcoming events.
My business is independently run and I do not have any partnerships with charities or small businesses. I am not, nor have I ever been, involved with group-run Supernatural fandom charities. Anyone who claims that I am, or that I provide benefits to those who donate to charities or organizations, is spreading false information.
My product arrived broken.
STUFF HAPPENS - sometimes bottles will leak due to a defective spray cap or pump. Unfortunately there is no way to tell if a spray mechanism is defective or broken until it is put to use. Even though this is incredibly rare (I see this only once or twice every hundred bottles), here are some tips to help out if you end up receiving a defective bottle.
⭒ If your bottle is leaking slightly OR if your spray pump is defective, please send me a message with a photo of your order and I will replace the bottle for you to transfer the liquid. If more than a quarter of the contents have leaked I will replace the full bottle for a shipping fee of $5.00.
⭒ If you live in a cold climate (45°F or below), your bottles have a higher risk of breaking or leaking due to the contents freezing and expanding. This is an order-at-your-own-risk situation and I am not responsible for bottles that arrive broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged due to weather.
